Before You Walk In

A few practical things that make the first visit feel easy.

Everything here is meant to help you arrive, settle in, and get oriented without overthinking it.

Arrival

Give yourself a few extra minutes.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can settle in without rushing.
The studio opens no more than 30 minutes before class and locks the doors at class start.

Parking + Check-In

A smooth start once you get here.

Park in front of the studio, or directly east, not in front of neighboring businesses.
Check in at the front desk when you arrive, then remove shoes and store personal items in the designated areas.

In the Room

Keep the space simple and calm.

Bring only your mat, towel, water, and any props you need into the practice area.
Phones should be silenced and stored in a cubby. Photography and videography are not allowed during class.
Avoid a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class, hydrate well, and wear comfortable clothing.

For billing concerns or general questions, email is the best way to reach the studio.
